Grade reports for completed summer courses are emailed to parents & school counselors beginning August 1.

How Courses Work
Middle School
High School (½ Credit)
Credit Requirement
Students must earn at least 60% on the proctored final exam. Final course grade is based on coursework + final exam average.

Registration Process
Before registering, parents should contact their child’s school counselor or administrator to confirm the exact course(s) needed. This helps ensure students enroll in the correct class for credit recovery or new credit.
Online Registration (Preferred Method)
Access is provided after payment is successfully processed. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
eCheck/ACH payments may require additional processing time (3-7 business days).
Registrations submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Enrollment Confirmation
Once registration is completed, our office will complete the enrollment process and send a confirmation email to the parent/guardian.
Your confirmation email will include:
✔ Student login credentials
✔ Course access instructions
✔ Learning platform information (Canvas or Google Classroom)
✔ Important start-up details
Adding an Additional Course
Need to add another course after your initial registration?
Visit the Payment tab and select ADD-ON COURSE to avoid paying an additional registration fee. Standard payment processing fees may still apply.

Need More Time?
Summer School courses officially end on July 31, 2026. Students are expected to complete all coursework and the required proctored final exam by this date.
If a student needs additional time to complete the course, an extension may be requested with approval from the student’s school counselor.
First Extension
If additional time is needed beyond the first extension:
o request an extension, please have your school counselor email approval and complete the Extension Payment Form if applicable.

- 5 instructional modules
- Lessons, assignments, projects, module exams
- 1 proctored final exam
High School (½ Credit)
- 4–5 instructional modules
- Lessons, assignments, quizzes, unit exams
- 1 proctored final exam

Registration Process

Online Registration (Preferred Method)
- Click the Online Registration Form.
- Complete the registration form and select the appropriate course(s).
- Submit payment directly through the secure online form using:
- E-check
- Debit card
- Credit card
- PayPal
Access is provided after payment is successfully processed. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing.

- A $100 extension fee applies
- Extends course access through December 20, 2026
If additional time is needed beyond the first extension:
- Requires a second approval from the student’s school counselor
- A $100 extension fee applies
- Extends course access through May 20, 2027
- Extension requests must be submitted before course access will be provided.
- Course access cannot be guaranteed if approval/payment is delayed
- Students who do not complete the course within the approved extension period may be required to re-enroll
o request an extension, please have your school counselor email approval and complete the Extension Payment Form if applicable.
